Subscriptions and restores
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple using your App Store account. If Premium access doesn't appear after reinstalling the app or switching devices, use the restore purchases option inside the app first - this resolves most cases immediately.
For billing disputes or refund requests, those are handled directly by Apple through your App Store account settings.
Leaderboard issues
WPM Arena uses Apple Game Center for leaderboard ranking. If a run doesn't appear to affect your standing, temporary Game Center delays are usually the cause. If the issue persists, write to us with the date, approximate time, and level of the affected run.
Bugs and unexpected behavior
If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, a brief description of what happened and your device model is enough to get started. Screenshots are helpful but not required.

For privacy-related questions or data requests, use the same email address and include "Privacy" in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for details on what the app collects.
