Simple terms for a focused reading app.

WPM Arena is a reading challenge app for iPhone. You agree to use it as intended - to practice reading speed and comprehension - and not to abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with its services or other users' experience.

WPM Arena is free to download and use. Optional Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

All billing, renewal, and cancellation is handled by Apple through your App Store account under Apple's terms and policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

WPM Arena is an actively developed product. Gameplay mechanics, ranking logic, available content, and features may change over time. We will not offer compensation for changes to features that were previously available under the free tier.

We aim to keep WPM Arena working well, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The app depends on Apple platform services - including App Store billing, Game Center, and system features - that are outside our direct control.

WPM Arena, its branding, reading content, and related materials are owned by Atelier Artisanal Digital unless otherwise noted. These terms do not transfer any rights to you beyond a license to use the app on your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
